Terms of Service
The Kue system
Kue is an intentional platform built around deliberate limits. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to its foundational rules:
- You are limited to a maximum of three (3) active rituals at any given time.
- Rituals operate on a 90-day evaluation timeline.
User accounts & safety
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree not to use the voice input feature to record, upload, or transmit any material that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the text, transcripts, and intentions you record in Kue. Kue retains all rights to the application's underlying code, interface design, branding, and proprietary assets.
Limitation of liability
Kue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any data loss or disruptions to your habit tracking routines.
Australian users: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
New Zealand users: Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse our API infrastructure. You may terminate your relationship with Kue at any time by deleting your account from the app settings page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of Kue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
