Information we collect
Account data. When you sign up via Email, Google, or Apple, we collect your email address and authentication profile information to secure your account.
Ritual & voice data. We store your ritual data including names, icons, frequency settings, and intentions. When you use our voice check-in feature, your audio is securely processed to generate a text transcription. We do not retain raw audio recordings. Transcripts are then analysed by AI to generate a structured summary, which you can review and edit within the app.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to deliver and improve Kue. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy.
Third-party services & overseas disclosure
We use trusted third-party services to power Kue. Some of these services are based in the United States, which means your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia and New Zealand.
Google — authentication via Google Sign-In. Privacy Policy.
Apple — authentication via Sign in with Apple. Privacy Policy.
Supabase — secure cloud data storage and account management. Privacy Policy.
Anthropic — voice check-in transcript processing via API. Your data is not used to train public AI models. Privacy Policy.
By using Kue, you consent to this cross-border transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your data with equivalent protections.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings page
To exercise your access or correction rights, contact us at support@kueintentions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention & deletion
Your data belongs to you. When you delete your account, all associated ritual histories and transcripts are permanently purged from our database with no recovery possible.
Data breach notification
In the event of a data breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected users and the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and the NZ Privacy Act 2020.

Microphone & notifications
Kue requests access to your device's microphone solely to enable voice check-ins. Audio is processed in real time to generate a text transcript and is not stored or retained on our servers.
Kue may send push notifications to remind you of your rituals. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Children's privacy
Kue is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of Kue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
